Check-in Services:
Provide check-in services for the passengers departing on the customer airlines.
The check-in process enable passengers to check in their luggage onto a plane and to obtain a boarding pass. Dedicated check in are available for the followings:

  • Premium check-in
  • Early check-in 
 
 
Arrival  Services:
Passengers will be met upon arrival flights and directed through arrival Immigration and Customs formalities.
 
 
Transfer Services:
Passengers will be met upon arrival and directed  to their respective connecting flights as well as provide check in service at Transfer Desk for  passengers with onward connection flight. 
 
 
Departure  Services:
Provide closing of flights and boarding of passengers on customer airlines. 
 
 
Lost and Found Services:
Provide assistance to passengers with:
